Heather Fraelick serves as an Account Supervisor for PerkettPR where she works with clients on day-to-day activities including driving strategic counsel, media, social media and analyst relations, speaking and awards program development and execution, and overall account support.
Heather has a background in business software and technology public relations, with specific expertise in small business solutions and managing customer initiatives. Of note, Heather currently manages the customer program for Constant Contact, designed to highlight success stories in vertical publications, and has had specific success placing case studies alongside contributed articles in publications such as Chef Magazine, New England Hotel Magazine, Internet Retailer and Religious Product News.
Most recently, Heather worked for Airfoil Public Relations where she drove local and national print, web and broadcast media coverage for high-tech companies including; Microsoft Corporation, Sircon Corporation, Fluency Media and CatchTomorrow. While working with Sircon Corporation, a business-to-business provider of Web-based solutions for the insurance industry, Heather managed the organization’s public relations activities which included; media relations, analyst relations, and event and speaker management. While working with Sircon, she secured significant positive coverage in publications such as Best’s Review, Insurance Networking News and CFO Magazine; garnered analyst relationships with The TowerGroup, Financial Insights and ZapThink; and secured speaking engagements at key industry events.
Heather started her career in public relations with Schwartz Communications in Boston, MA, where she represented a variety of high tech clients including; JBoss Inc., The Progress Software Company, Ipswitch Inc., DataPower and Innoopract. Securing key placements in Computerworld, eWeek, Global Logistics & Supply Chain Strategies, Women’s Wear Daily and other targeted trade publications.
Heather holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Wheaton College, MA.
She is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
