With nearly a decade of Recruiting and HR experience, Melissa serves as Human Resources Manager for PerkettPR focusing on all recruiting, employee development, training, employee relations, offsite event planning, benefits administration, and employee policy and procedure for the agency.

Prior to PerkettPR, Melissa worked for Digitas (a Publicis-owned company) a leading international digital marketing services firm, where she served as Senior Recruiter/HR Generalist for several key groups across the agency including; Marketing, Strategy & Analysis, Creative, Project Management, Promotions and Corporate Services capabilities. Melissa managed these responsibilities for multiple offices within the Digitas/Publicis footprint and helped recruit and grow the company nationwide, hiring 300 people in 3 years.

Melissa's expertise spans across both the online and offline worlds. Her in-depth knowledge of social media and other rich, interactive marketing/advertising engines combined with more traditional, offline campaigns have proven successful across any industry or position that needs to be filled. Prior to her HR and Recruiting days, she was an interactive producer in New York City.

Melissa holds a B.S. in Communications from Boston University.

She is based in Coventry, RI.
