Claire works with PerkettPR clients on day-to-day activities including strategic planning, messaging, launches and events, media, social media and analyst relations, and integrated marketing communications campaigns. Claire has over 14 years of public relations experience working within both agency and corporate environments, and holds particular expertise in healthcare, social networks for business, software solutions, and consumer products.
At PerkettPR, Claire runs extremely successful campaigns for her clients while also managing business development initiatives, training and other key programs for the agency. Claire has been instrumental in helping to launch PerkettPR’s healthcare division and in developing and managing award-winning public relations campaigns for clients across multiple industries including; gaming, healthcare, manufacturing, security, social networks for business, telecom, and more.
In addition to the strategic role Claire plays in helping the growth of PerkettPR, she also executes client initiatives such as; announcement planning, blogger response campaigns, company and product launch initiatives, media and social media strategy sessions and training, messaging and planning sessions, product review programs, regional program development, speaking and award program execution, tradeshow event support, video content production and editing, whitepaper development, and more.
Prior to joining PerkettPR, Claire was the Corporate Communications Manager for AmberWave Systems, the semiconductor industry's leading supplier of strained silicon. There, she was responsible for the strategic development and execution of the overall corporate communications plan and budget, as well as securing top-tier media coverage and analyst support. Claire has also held the positions of PR Manager for UK-based security company nCipher, and Director of Public Relations and Marketing Communications for the high-tech start-up PharmasMarket.com
Claire was an Account Supervisor at one of the nation's largest public relations agencies for technology and healthcare, where she predominantly managed manufacturing and CRM software accounts. She has also held positions at several public relations agencies in Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York, working with clients on innovative planning and positioning, brand testing, product launches, strategic corporate communications counsel and media/analyst relations.
Claire holds a B.A. in English from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, New York.
She is based in Boston.
